October 27, 2022: Socorro, NM 87801 The Cobre Indians volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Socorro Warriors to 1 in the Indians league victory on Thursday.
The Indians now possess a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hatch Valley for a 3A District 3 game on Tuesday, November 1. Cobre will meet a Bears team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM). The Bears record now stands at 6-11.
The Warriors (2-16) will now prepare for their game against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM). The Tigers enter the 3A District 3 game with a 19-1 record. In their last game, Hot Springs defeated Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM), 3-0, in a league challenge.
