The North Mustangs football team (Phoenix, AZ), was beaten 41-21 in Friday's league challenge with the host Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ)

The Bobcats (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Camelback (Phoenix, AZ). The Spartans come into the 5A Metro challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Camelback achieved victory over Fairfax (Laveen, AZ), 22-13, in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host South Mountain for a 5A Metro challenge on Friday, November 3. North will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 60-10 league loss to Browne (Phoenix, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-7.
