October 27, 2023: Elgin, ND 58533 The Mott-Regent Wildfire volleyball team (Mott, ND), went down 3-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig] Storm (Elgin, ND)
The Storm (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND). The Skyhawks enter the B - Region 5 challenge with a 24-7 record. In their last challenge, Shiloh Christian defeated Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] (Belfield, ND), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildfire encounter the New England Tigers (New England, ND) in a B - Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, October 31. Mott-Regent will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 9-21 record after their 3-1 league loss to Hazen (Hazen, ND).
