In Monday's league match, the Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Notre Dame Prep Saints (Scottsdale, AZ), by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Chaparral improves its record to 29-5 on the season. The Firebirds travel to Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ) to encounter the Coyotes in a 5A - East Sky battle on Tuesday, October 28. The Coyotes go into the battle with a record of 17-16. Campo Verde won 1-0 in their recent league battle against Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ)

The Saints now own a 20-11 record. They take the field next when they host Horizon for a 5A - East Sky contest on Tuesday, October 28. Notre Dame Prep will battle a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league win over Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ). The Huskies record now stands at 18-10.
