October 28, 2022: Jonesboro, GA 30236 In Friday's league game, the Woodland Wolfpack (Stockbridge, GA) football team smashed the host Mt. Zion Bulldogs (Jonesboro, GA), by a final score of 38-6.
The Wolfpack (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Lovett (Atlanta, GA). The Lions come into the AAAA Region 5 game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Lovett overwhelmed Hampton (Hampton, GA), 42-20, in a league game.
The Bulldogs now hold a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they host Pace Academy for a AAAA Region 5 game on Thursday, November 3. Mt. Zion will battle a Knights team coming off a 40-20 league loss to Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA). The Knights record now stands at 7-2.
