October 28, 2024: Marysville, WA 98271 Stanwood Spartans (Stanwood, WA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks (Marysville, WA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Stanwood improves its record to 10-4 on the season. The Spartans host Meadowdale (Lynnwood, WA) to face the Mavericks in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 30. The Mavericks go into the test with a record of 4-11. Meadowdale lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Lynnwood (Bothell, WA)
The Tomahawks now own a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Everett for a 2A/3A Wesco test on Tuesday, October 29. Marysville-Pilchuck will face a Seagulls squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA). The Seagulls record now stands at 6-10.
