In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Mitchell Kernels volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Huron Tigers.

The Kernels (15-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Washington (Sioux Falls, SD). The Warriors come into the AA District 1 challenge with a 13-7 record. In their last challenge, Washington beat Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD), 3-1, in a league test.

The Tigers now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to O'Gorman for a AA District 1 test on Tuesday, November 4. Huron will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD). The Knights record now stands at 21-4.
