In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Tomball Memorial Wildcats volleyball squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the Lake Creek Lions.

With the win, Tomball Memorial improves its record to 28-14 on the season.

The Lions now own a 18-23 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Fork for a non-league test on Thursday, October 30. Lake Creek will face a Gators squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Kingwood (Kingwood, TX). The Gators record now stands at 38-6.
