October 29, 2021: Hinton, WV 25951 The Summers County Bobcats (Hinton, WV) football routed the visiting Richwood Lumberjacks (Richwood, WV), 46-0 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Bobcats face the James Monroe Mavericks (Lindside, WV) in a Coalfield A bout, on Friday, November 5. Summers County will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Mavericks enter the bout with a 5-3 record after their 25-7 non-league loss to Nicholas County (Summersville, WV).
The Lumberjacks (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against River View (Bradshaw, WV). The Raiders enter the Coalfield A bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, River View was crushed by PikeView (Princeton, WV), 36-26, in a non-league bout.
