Ohio High School Soccer - Tallmadge knocks off Coventry
October 3, 2022: Tallmadge, OH 44278 Tallmadge Blue Devils (Tallmadge, OH) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Coventry Comets (Akron, OH), 10-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Blue Devils confront the Copley Indians (Copley, OH) in a Suburban challenge, on Wednesday, October 5. Tallmadge will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 13-0 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Buckeye (Medina, OH).
The Comets now have a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Streetsboro for a Metro Athletic challenge on Tuesday, October 4. Coventry will confront a Rockets team coming off a 8-0 league win over Springfield (Akron, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 7-6.
