Ohio High School Soccer - Aurora knocks off Coventry
September 24, 2022: Akron, OH 44319 Aurora Greenmen (Aurora, OH) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Coventry Comets (Akron, OH), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Greenmen confront the West Geauga Wolverines (Chesterland, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 26. Aurora will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 4-0 league win over Orange (Pepper Pike, OH).
The Comets now possess a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cloverleaf for a Metro Athletic challenge on Tuesday, September 27. Coventry will confront a Colts team coming off a 2-1 league win over Norton (Norton, OH). The Colts record now stands at 8-2.
