Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Cherokee Braves (Cherokee, NC), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bears clash with the Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC) in a match, on Tuesday, October 4. Pisgah will attempt to advance on its 11-7 season record. The Mountaineers come into the match with a 11-7 record after their 2-0 league win over East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC).
