Maryland High School Soccer - Lackey knocks off McDonough
October 3, 2022: Indian Head, MD 20640 The Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD) soccer bounced the visiting McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD), 5-0 in Monday's league bout.
With the victory, Lackey moves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Chargers host La Plata (La Plata, MD) to confront the Warriors in a Southern Maryland bout on Thursday, October 6. The Warriors enter the bout with a record of 1-4. La Plata lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against North Point (Waldorf, MD)
In their next game, the Rams confront the Patuxent Panthers (Lusby, MD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 4. McDonough will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 12-0 league loss to Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD).
