North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hickory Ridge crushed by Mallard Creek

The Mallard Creek Mavericks topped the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Mavericks now have a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hough for a Queen City 3A/4A test on Thursday, October 6. Mallard Creek will confront a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league win over West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 16-2.

The Ragin' Bulls (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats enter the Greater Metro 4A test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Lake Norman gained a win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
