October 3, 2022: Forest City, NC 28043 The Master's Academy Lions (Forest City, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy Eagles (Asheville, NC), 3-1 in a league match.
Next up, the Lions clash with the Challenger Firebirds (Hickory, NC) in a Western Piedmont Athletic match, on Thursday, October 6. The Master's Academy will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Firebirds come into the match with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Victory Christian Academy (Gastonia, NC).
With the loss, Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Nebo Crossing Academy (Nebo, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Western Piedmont Athletic match on Monday, October 10. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 7-5. Nebo Crossing Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Liberty Christian (Durham, NC)
