October 3, 2023: Castle Rock, CO 80104 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Vista PEAK Prep Bison (Aurora, CO) and the host Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), saw Vista PEAK Prep's soccer squad triumph over Douglas County by a margin of 8-3.
The Bison now sport a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hinkley for a 5A Denver test on Wednesday, October 4. Vista PEAK Prep will meet a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Denver West (Denver, CO). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Douglas County drops to 2-7 on the season. The Huskies travel to Castle View (Castle Rock, CO) to meet the Sabercats in a 5A/4A Continental test on Thursday, October 5. The Sabercats come into the test with a record of 3-7. Castle View lost 1-0 in their recent league test against Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO)
