North Carolina High School Soccer - Durham Academy nudges North Raleigh Christian Academy
October 3, 2023: Raleigh, NC 27616 Durham Academy Cavaliers (Durham, NC) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights (Raleigh, NC), 1-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Cavaliers confront the Ravenscroft Ravens (Raleigh, NC) in a NCISAA Triangle challenge, on Friday, October 6. Durham Academy will attempt to move on its 11-2 season record. The Ravens enter the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cary Academy (Cary, NC).
The Knights now possess a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cary Academy for a NCISAA Triangle challenge on Friday, October 6. North Raleigh Christian Academy will confront a Chargers team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Thales Academy Apex (Apex, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 9-7.
