Munster Mustangs (Munster, IN) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Highland Trojans (Highland, IN) in a Northwest Crossroads match, on Thursday, October 5. Munster will attempt to advance on its 14-15 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 5-25 record after their 3-0 league loss to Andrean (Merrillville, IN).

With the loss, Kankakee Valley drops to 19-12 on the campaign. The Kougars host Hobart (Hobart, IN) to clash with the Brickies in a Northwest Crossroads match on Thursday, October 5. The Brickies come into the match with a record of 16-12.
