The Mercer Tigers prevailed the visiting Lac Courte Oreilles Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Tigers now have a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mellen for a Indianhead - East test on Thursday, October 5. Mercer will confront a Granite Diggers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Bayfield (Bayfield, WI). The Granite Diggers record now stands at 5-17.

The Eagles (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Solon Springs (Solon Springs, WI). The Eagles enter the Indianhead - East test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Solon Springs dropped by Hurley (Hurley, WI), 3-1, in a non-league test.
