New York High School Volleyball - New Paltz nudged by Wallkill
October 3, 2023: New Paltz, NY 12561 The Wallkill Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host New Paltz Huguenots to 2 in the Panthers league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers now possess a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roosevelt for a MHAL game on Thursday, October 5. Wallkill will meet a Presidents team coming off a 3-0 league win over Rondout Valley (Accord, NY). The Presidents record now stands at 7-5.
The Huguenots (7-7) will now prepare for their game against Marlboro Central (Marlboro, NY). The Dukes enter the MHAL game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Marlboro Central nipped Saugerties (Saugerties, NY), 3-0, in a league game.
