West Virginia High School Volleyball - Ravenswood edged by Williamstown
October 3, 2023: Williamstown, WV 26187 The Williamstown Yellowjackets held off the visiting Ravenswood Red Devils volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.
The Yellowjackets now have a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winfield for a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. Williamstown will confront a Generals team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV). The Generals record now stands at 12-11.
The Red Devils (18-8) will now prepare for their test against Tyler (Sistersville, WV). The Knights enter the Little Kanawha test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Tyler held off Paden City (Paden City, WV), 3-0, in a non-league test.
