October 3, 2024: Leland, NC 28451 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) and the visiting West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC), observed North Brunswick's volleyball team top West Brunswick by a count of 2-0.
The Scorpions (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Ashley (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle enter the non-league contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Ashley was knocked off by Hoggard (Wilmington, NC), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Trojans battle the South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 8. West Brunswick will attempt to better on its 2-12 season record.
