October 3, 2024: Mountain View, CA 94040 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) and the visiting Archbishop Riordan Crusaders (San Francisco, CA), observed Saint Francis's volleyball team top Archbishop Riordan by a count of 3-0.
The Lancers (17-3) will now prepare for their contest against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 16-3 record. In their last contest, Christian Brothers notched a victory over Inderkum (Sacramento, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Crusaders meet the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a West Catholic contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Archbishop Riordan will attempt to move on its 11-9 season record. The Monarchs enter the contest with a 13-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA).
