The Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) volleyball knocked off the host Tri Titans (Straughn, IN), 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 12-8 record. They play next when they host Hagerstown for a Tri-Eastern bout on Tuesday, October 8. Union County will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Northeastern (Fountain City, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 17-8.

With the loss, Tri drops to 6-11 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Knightstown (Knightstown, IN) to clash with the Panthers in a Tri-Eastern bout on Saturday, October 5.
