October 3, 2025: Saluda, SC 29138 The Saluda Tigers football squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting American Leadership Academy Patriots to 0 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pelion for a AA Region 2 challenge on Friday, October 10. Saluda will face a Panthers team coming off a 35-28 league win over Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 4-2.
The Patriots (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Strom Thurmond (Johnston, SC). The Rebels enter the AA Region 2 outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Strom Thurmond trounced Batesburg-Leesville (Batesburg, SC), 28-26, in a league outing.
