The Bishop Lynch Friars football team (Dallas, TX), was tipped 34-28 in Friday's league bout with the host Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX)

The Lions (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty Christian (Argyle, TX). The Warriors enter the TAPPS Division I District 1 contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Liberty Christian got by West Plains (Amarillo, TX), 41-35, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Friars battle the Legacy Christian Academy Eagles (Frisco, TX) in a TAPPS Division I District 1 contest, on Friday, October 10. Bishop Lynch will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 53-22 league win over Trinity Christian (Addison, TX).
