California High School Football - Saugus defeats Canyon

October 3, 2025: Canyon Country, CA 91351

In Friday's league match, the visiting Saugus Centurions football squad scored a good 48-20 victory over the Canyon Cowboys.

The Centurions (5-2) will now prepare for their match against West Ranch (Valencia, CA). The Wildcats enter the Foothill match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, West Ranch was dropped by Hart (Newhall, CA), 63-21, in a league battle.

The Cowboys now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Valencia for a Foothill battle on Friday, October 10. Canyon will play a Vikings team coming off a 55-14 league win over Saugus (Saugus, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 5-1.
