The Cadets now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Lake for a 3A District 2 game on Friday, October 10. Iowa Falls-Alden will battle a Lions team coming off a 35-7 league win over Benton (Van Horne, IA). The Lions record now stands at 6-0.
The Comets (3-3) will now prepare for their game against West Delaware (Manchester, IA). The Hawks enter the 3A District 2 game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, West Delaware was toppled by Independence (Independence, IA), 42-27, in a league game.
