Iowa High School Football - East Buchanan knocked off by East Marshall
October 3, 2025: Le Grand, IA 50142 In Friday's league game, the East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA) football team overcame the visiting East Buchanan Buccaneers (Winthrop, IA), by a tally of 31-8.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Wapsie Valley Warriors (Fairbank, IA) in a A District 4 game, on Friday, October 10. East Marshall will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 6-0 record after their 40-14 non-league win over South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA).
The Buccaneers (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Starmont (Arlington, IA). The Stars go into the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Starmont dropped by Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA), 51-22, in a league bout.
