With the win, Wapsie Valley advances its record to 7-0 on the season. The Warriors host North Linn (Troy Mills, IA) to play the Lynx in a A District 4 battle on Friday, October 17. The Lynx go into the battle with a record of 7-0. North Linn won 39-7 in their recent league match against Midland (Wyoming, IA)
