Illinois High School Football - Larkin falls to Elgin

The Elgin Maroons felled the visiting Larkin Royals football team by a score of 43-21 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Maroons play the Streamwood Sabres (Streamwood, IL) in a UpState 8 - West challenge, on Friday, October 10. Elgin will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Sabres go into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 49-0 league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL).

With the defeat, Larkin drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Royals host West Aurora (Aurora, IL) to meet the Blackhawks in a UpState 8 - West test on Friday, October 10. The Blackhawks come into the test with a record of 4-2. West Aurora won 49-0 in their recent non-league test against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL)
