Greenville Green Wave (Greenville, OH) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Sidney Yellowjackets (Sidney, OH), 34-20 in a league battle.

With the win, Greenville advances its record to 3-4 on the season. The Green Wave travel to Tippecanoe (Tipp City, OH) to play the Red Devils in a Miami Valley League battle on Friday, October 10. The Red Devils go into the battle with a record of 7-0. Tippecanoe won 16-14 in their recent league battle against Xenia (Xenia, OH)

The Yellowjackets now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Troy for a Miami Valley League match on Friday, October 10. Sidney will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 31-21 league win over Butler (Vandalia, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 6-1.
