Hitchcock County Falcons (Trenton, NE) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Loomis Wolves (Loomis, NE), 28-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Hitchcock County advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Falcons travel to Maywood/Hayes Center (Maywood, NE) to confront the Wolves in a D2 District 8 (8 Man) match on Friday, October 10. The Wolves come into the match with a record of 0-6. Maywood/Hayes Center lost 30-0 in their recent league match against Cambridge (Cambridge, NE)

Coming up next, the Wolves confront the Bertrand Vikings (Bertrand, NE) in a D2 District 8 (8 Man) match, on Friday, October 10. Loomis will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Vikings go into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 35-6 league loss to Overton (Overton, NE).
