Michigan High School Football - Saline over Huron

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Saline Hornets (Saline, MI) and the host Huron River Rats (Ann Arbor, MI), witnessed Saline's football squad knock off Huron by a tally of 42-14.

The Hornets (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Harper Woods (Harper Woods, MI). The Pioneers enter the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Harper Woods gained a win over Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI), 41-7, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the River Rats battle the Bedford Kicking Mules (Temperance, MI) in a Southeastern - Red contest, on Friday, October 10. Huron will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Kicking Mules enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 38-13 league loss to Dexter (Dexter, MI).
