The King Brahmas were victorious over the host Valley View Tigers football team by a score of 34-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Brahmas face the San Antonio Memorial Minutemen (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 9. King will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Minutemen come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 63-7 non-league loss to Blanco (Blanco, TX).

With the defeat, Valley View drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a 4A-1 Region IV District 16 test on Friday, October 10. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-2. Calallen lost 32-10 in their recent non-league test against Sinton (Sinton, TX)
