The Cardinals hosted BW for their Homecoming game. FA came out ready to play, off the back of their first league loss to North Warren since 2007. Gavin Lehoisky collected a ball on his own half, to which he played a beautiful ball over the BW backline. Which was won by Brayden Winchell to put FA up 1-nil, 2 minutes in. Both teams would settle in after the goal, exchanging 50/50 balls and deep throw-ins. Fort Ann would be rewarded on one of those chances when Kadynce Cutter collected the ball in the box and beat the keeper. Andrew Morehouse and Will Hens would control play for BW in the first half, creating a few chances. Fort Ann would tack on a third, when a Cardinal was taken down in the box.
