Texas High School Volleyball - Evant overwhelmed by Bluff Dale
October 3, 2025: Bluff Dale, TX 76433 Bluff Dale Bobcats (Bluff Dale, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Evant Elks (Evant, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bluff Dale upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Iredell (Iredell, TX) to meet the Dragons in a 1A Region II District 13 challenge on Tuesday, October 7. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 10-9. Iredell lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Avalon (Avalon, TX)
Next, the Elks meet the Oglesby Tigers (Oglesby, TX) in a 1A Region II District 16 challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Evant will attempt to upgrade on its 4-19 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 18-7 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Texas Wind (Waco, TX).
