October 3, 2025: New Iberia, LA 70560 The East Jefferson Warriors volleyball squad (Metairie, LA), was defeated 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host New Iberia Yellowjackets (New Iberia, LA)
The Yellowjackets (6-16) will now prepare for their test against Houma Christian (Houma, LA). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 11-6 record. In their last challenge, Houma Christian beat Morgan City (Morgan City, LA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors meet the St. James Wildcats (St. James, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. East Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 8-17 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 4-7 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Hanson Memorial (Franklin, LA).
