October 30, 2023: Jasper, AR 72641 In Monday's non-league outing, the Jasper Pirates (Jasper, AR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Western Grove Warriors (Western Grove, AR), by a margin of 76-55.
The Pirates (6-0) will now prepare for their outing against Mount Judea (Mount Judea, AR). The Eagles go into the 1A Region 1 East outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Mount Judea was trounced by St. Paul (St. Paul, AR), 64-33, in a non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Viola for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 7.
