Arkansas High School Basketball - Western Grove overwhelmed by Marshall
November 10, 2023: Marshall, AR 72650 The Marshall Bobcats basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Western Grove Warriors to 37 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Bobcats now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bergman for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 14. Marshall will battle a Panthers team coming off a 51-50 non-league loss to Huntsville (Huntsville, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 9-1.
The Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lead Hill (Lead Hill, AR). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Lead Hill was routed by Bergman (Bergman, AR), 71-35, in a non-league contest.
