New Mexico High School Volleyball - Wagon Mound overwhelmed by Maxwell
October 30, 2024: Wagon Mound, NM 87752 Maxwell Bears (Maxwell, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Wagon Mound Trojans (Wagon Mound, NM), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Maxwell improves its record to 13-7 on the season. The Bears host Cimarron (Cimarron, NM) to face the Rams in a 1A District 5 test on Saturday, November 2. The Rams go into the test with a record of 8-12. Cimarron lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Springer (Springer, NM)
The Trojans now own a 1-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Des Moines for a 1A District 5 test on Friday, November 1. Wagon Mound will face a Demons squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Cimarron (Cimarron, NM). The Demons record now stands at 10-8.
