In Thursday's league game, the Mt. Enterprise Wildcats (Mt. Enterprise, TX) football team were victorious over the host Overton Mustangs (Overton, TX), by a margin of 60-42.

The Wildcats now sport a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Alto for a 2A-2 Region III District 11 outing on Friday, November 7. Mt. Enterprise will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 47-3 league loss to Overton (Overton, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-5.

With the defeat, Overton drops to 5-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Cushing (Cushing, TX) to battle the Bearkats in a 2A-2 Region III District 11 game on Friday, November 7.
