Oklahoma High School Football - Crescent trounces Merritt
October 31, 2025: Elk City, OK 73644 In Friday's league match, the visiting Crescent Tigers football squad scored a decisive 48-16 triumph over the Merritt Oilers.
The Tigers (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Hooker (Hooker, OK). The Bulldogs come into the A-I District 1 battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Hooker walloped Watonga (Watonga, OK), 34-14, in a league battle.
The Oilers now have a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Watonga for a A-I District 1 battle on Friday, November 7. Merritt will play a Eagles team coming off a 34-14 league loss to Hooker (Hooker, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
