Texas High School Football - Falls City tops Yorktown

October 31, 2025: Yorktown, TX 78164

The Falls City Beavers football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Yorktown Wildcats to 22 in the Beavers league triumph on Friday.

The Beavers now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Pettus for a 2A-2 Region IV District 15 test on Friday, November 7. Falls City will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 56-14 league win over Charlotte (Charlotte, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-7.

With the defeat, Yorktown drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Shiner (Shiner, TX) to meet the Comanches in a 2A-2 Region IV District 15 test on Friday, November 7. The Comanches come into the test with a record of 9-0. Shiner won 54-6 in their recent league test against Louise (Louise, TX)
