Ohio High School Football - Independence thwarted by Hamilton Township

October 31, 2025: Columbus, OH 43207

Hamilton Township Rangers (Columbus, OH) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Independence 76ers (Columbus, OH), 40-12 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Hamilton Township improves its record to 9-2 on the season. The Rangers travel to Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH) to meet the Scotties in a non-league test on Friday, November 7. The Scotties come into the test with a record of 8-2. Tri-Valley won 42-7 in their recent league test against John Glenn (New Concord, OH)

With the defeat, Independence drops to 6-5 on the campaign.
