The Kewanee Boilermakers held off the visiting St. Bede Bruins volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Boilermakers now have a 9-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bureau Valley for a Three Rivers test on Thursday, October 6. Kewanee will confront a Storm team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Princeton (Princeton, IL). The Storm record now stands at 8-17.

The Bruins (8-16) will now prepare for their test against Princeton (Princeton, IL). The Tigers enter the Three Rivers test with a 9-15 record.
