The Tidewater Academy Warriors held off the visiting Suffolk Christian Academy Knights volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors now have a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenston Forest for a Virginia Colonial test on Thursday, October 6. Tidewater Academy will confront a Kavaliers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Fuqua (Farmville, VA). The Kavaliers record now stands at 13-4.
The Knights (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Bethel Assembly Christian Academy (Windsor, NC). The Eagles enter the NCCAA 1A North test with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Bethel Assembly Christian Academy held off Victory Christian (Elizabeth City, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
