Maine High School Soccer - George Stevens Academy knocks off Narraguagus
October 4, 2023: Harrington, ME 04643 George Stevens Academy Eagles (Blue Hill, ME) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Orono Riots (Orono, ME) in a Class C - North challenge, on Saturday, October 7. George Stevens Academy will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Riots enter the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 5-0 league win over Dexter (Dexter, ME).
The Knights now possess a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodland for a Class D - North challenge on Wednesday, October 11. Narraguagus will confront a Dragons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME). The Dragons record now stands at 5-6.
