Illinois High School Football - Evanston prevails New Trier
October 4, 2024: Winnetka, IL 60093 In Friday's league match, the visiting Evanston Wildkits football squad scored a good 40-20 triumph over the New Trier Trevians.
The Wildkits (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Deerfield (Deerfield, IL). The Warriors come into the Central Suburban - South match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Deerfield went down by Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 27-7, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Trevians meet the Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) in a Central Suburban - South contest, on Thursday, October 10. New Trier will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 65-10 league loss to Maine South (Park Ridge, IL).
