Greenville Christian Saints (Greenville, MS) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Manchester Academy Mavericks (Yazoo City, MS), 42-21 in a league battle.

With the win, Greenville Christian advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Saints host Copiah Academy (Gallman, MS) to play the Colonels in a non-league battle on Friday, October 11. The Colonels go into the battle with a record of 5-2. Copiah Academy lost 28-27 in their recent league battle against Lamar (Meridian, MS)
